The course was very good. I wish that there could be a separate course, perhaps in a prior day, that was more practically oriented. For example, that course could cover new technology that is available for use in a mergers and acquisitions practice, new and improved forms or drafting possibilities and billing practices and good ideas for educating the clients in advance of the merger and acquisition, in a context for mergers and acquisitions that are smaller in size and purchase price.

Excellent
Many presentations were excellent. It would be helpful to me if there were also offered a short, say 5 hour program on an introductory level, on the day before the conference. This would offer up to date templates and discussion on more routine private negotiations for mergers and acquisitions. Thank you.
