What was the overall quality of the course (presentation, materials, and technical delivery)?
Rate the overall teaching effectiveness and presentation skills of faculty for the course.
How would you rate the value of the materials provided as part of the course?

Very informative. Diverse topics.

These topics were really interesting, especially the ChatGPT and the musicians on tour information. It was difficult to hear audience questions when the audience member did not use a microphone. In these instances, it would be helpful to have the presenter repeat/ summarize the question before they respond. Thank you!!

Arbitration is NOT Litigation (Jul 2023)

Arbitration is intended to be more prompt and less costly. All it takes is using it intelligently, collegially and differently from litigation. It is widely used in labor union contracts and is particularly suited for non-union employment conflicts.
