This was a good stand in during the COVID year, but I am excited to get back to the in person aspects of this conference.

Would be really great to have an updated supplement on all the topics given the continuously changing landscape with COVID

I wish the course would focus more on litigation, because that is my area.

Audio in many of the sessions did not match video.

Great conference. Amazingly well done in the virtual format.

An Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) is a mechanism to facilitate the availability and use of medical countermeasures, including vaccines, during public health emergencies, such as the current COVID-19 pandemic. UpHealth Holdings, Inc. recently announced its impending merger with GigCapital2, Inc, a SPAC (special purpose acquisition company). This transaction involved the acquisition by UpHealth of five operating companies, one of which was the cross-border acquisition of an Indian target, and several involved extensive healthcare licensing and regulatory complexities.
