Ethics: Can We Talk?
Contains material from Jul 2023
A very engaging and informative speaker!
1. The description of the course could have been clearer that the bulk of the course ties to the litigation context, course's clearest constituency are civil plantiffs' & defene counsel. The paper dleivered in connection withteh course is well writtne. (3) the video lingers on the speaker when it should have cut to the text he was addressing - videographer or editing shortcoming. Amusing non-sequitur graphis generated by presenter's use of AI to provide those.
Good information
Very analytical and helpful

Ethics: Can We Talk? (Jul 2023)
This session explores the limits on attorney communication with employees, former employees, and other potential witnesses in the context of employment litigation. Special attention will be given to the ethical considerations associated with joint representation of a party and a potential witness, including concerns surrounding the use of such representation to limit the ability of the other side to communicate with a potential witness.
