While this was supposed to be an essentials course, I found several of the categories to assume that we know the basics about complex subjects, such as project finance and real estate. I feel like they could have looked at things from more of a 10,000 foot level to give me a chance to follow it. Instead I was lost early and took nothing from the presentation. Maybe that's my fault for being uneducated, but was hoping for something simpler.
Very good information
