these courses were informative and interesting

    Good, interesting courses.

There were several of the sessions that were quite well done, including "Techniques for Negotiating with Difficult Counterparties" that used very entertaining hypos and "Dealing with Problem Opposing Counsels", which used great hypos and very entertaining videos. Several were good, including the Readability of Legal Writing and Election issues for NPO's, but the Banking one was just plain boring! Overall, worth the value paid.

Not sure where this program originated, but it is generally a bad idea on caselaw update programs to have two speakers who share a common agenda - it is virtually impossible to expect the speakers to not show their individual bias which necessarily taints the overall presentation.

I really enjoyed the instructors, esp. Ms. Johnson-Liu. The attempted humor ("space theme") was perhaps somewhat unsuccessful, but what can you expect from appellate lawyers (I say...as one)
