In aggressively advocating for their clients, this duo uses tactics most attorneys wouldn't normally see in a merger or a hearing before a judge. In this presentation, Texas litigator Brent Turman tracks these fictional attorneys' cases as well as the power struggles within this firm of diverse and interesting characters, explaining whether their on-screen actions comply with specific ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct (spoiler alert: most of the time they don't.). Outstanding presentation-
Especially the Suits course with highly entertaining and informative at the same time. As for the burn-out course: I understand this is the first part of a longer course: I would be interested to hear the rest of the course too.
I thoroughly enjoyed the "Suits" presentation, as it was one of the most engaging ethics presentations I've seen to date. The AI presentation was also very well done, and I hope that the UT LAW CLEs continues to provide AI specific CLEs as the law continues to develop rapidly.
Prefer ethics/ wellness tips from actual practicing attorneys. Would prefer AI discussions on real world scenarios and legal issues rather than higher level overview.
